Refund Policy
Draft structure
This page is an outline, not legal text. Have counsel write each section for this store, then publish the matching version in the portal's Legal page. Bracketed lines say what a section must cover.
What happens when an order arrives damaged, wrong, or not at all.
Damaged in transit
[How to report damage, how soon, and whether a photo is needed.]
We replace or refund a shipment that arrives damaged.
Wrong or missing items
If an item is missing or wrong, we ship what was missing.
Lost in transit
[When a parcel counts as lost, and what the store does then.]
Returns
[State whether the store accepts returns of items that arrived as ordered, and on what terms. The order tools assume it does not.]
